From dramatic gala events to charming luncheons, dazzling cocktail parties, meetings and conferences, the Center offers a unique way to host your next important event. Our accommodating staff will make your event convenient and memorable. The Facility Rental fee includes set-up of our tables and chairs, break down, use of the catering kitchen, ice machine and coat room, as well as free parking and complete, state-of-the-art presentation systems including Blue Planet's unique waterscreen!

Blue Planet Theater
Our contemporary, state-of-the-art space where a unique waterscreen cascades into a nine foot infinity pool, the Blue Planet Theater, is a stunning venue. A high tech SmartPodium and 400 disk CD player combine to make this the perfect locale for dinners, corporate functions and cocktail parties. Outdoor views of the adjoining terrace balance with cobalt blue pendant lighting and terrazzo floors to create a sophisticated atmosphere. A stage can be fitted over the pool to make an ideal spot for everything from guest speakers to cutting a wedding cake.

Contract confirmation
Upon receipt of 50% of the Facility Rental fee, Security and Damage Deposit and signed contract, the date for your event will be reserved. No tentative holds will be placed on the GEHC calendar.
Center Admission
$2.00 per person for your guests to enjoy self-guided access to the Center. Payable 30 days in advance of your event.
*Exhibit Hall rental includes Center admission for up to 200 guests; Entire Center rental includes admission for up to 700 guests.
